Privacy policy

When you submit the project inquiry form, your information is sent over a secure (HTTPS) connection to the BOLDORC team and stored in the company’s own email system. BOLDORC is responsible for this information and can be reached at hr@boldorc.com.

Information entered in the form

Your company name, representative’s details, contact information and project description are used only to review your inquiry and contact you about a possible collaboration; they are not shared with third parties for advertising. To prevent abuse, your IP address and browser type are also recorded when you submit the form. Emails are delivered through the Resend service.

Fonts and hosting

The website may connect to Google Fonts to display Persian typography. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the service. This version includes no behavioural analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to follow up on a collaboration. To access, correct or delete your information, email hr@boldorc.com.
